v  Responsible prepares preliminary Primavera schedule based on the project work breakdown structure, activity duration , work sequence, resources allocation and productivity parameters.

v  Responsible to optimize and finalize Primavera Schedule in close coordination with Project Management Team (PMT)

v  Responsible in verifying and collates daily activity / quantity tracking and resources usage and updates Primavera schedule.

v  Responsible in preparing and releases the  following reports::

§  Updated Primavera schedule

§  Planned vs actual productivity and production report

§  Equipment and manpower loading schedule

§  Commodity Curve

§  Four-week Look Ahead Schedule

§  Revised Primavera schedule as required

§  Coordinate project mobilization and utilization of project resources.

§  Trains and develop subordinates

§  Implement quality and safety policies
