-Represented SHELL in interface meetings with Contractors and Sub-Contractors

-Executed Projects Business Case Analysis, Worst Case Scenarios and Justification.

-Issue of RFQs and Review of Contractor Quotations

-Interface with SHELL Management Tender Board on various issues such as additional works and variations.

-Management of variations with Contractor.

-Signatory to Permits for works on site.

-Participated in Hazard Area Classification Review Workshop

-Evaluated Value of Work Done [VOWD] status for project progress.
