• Cost Estimating, Contracts budget preparation, Master Schedule Preparation and Resource Planning.

• Developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for projects.

• Use StruMIS (MIS/MRP) Software to review, monitor and analyze financial performance, project costs and other performance parameters, assist in determining corrective actions to address poor financial performance.

• Track actuals against budgets, conduct variance analyses, carry out reporting of project financials and respond to queries from project teams / top management.

• Open, close and manage job numbers in StruMIS – Fabrication Management information Software.

• Project Costs & Revenue Forecasting on a regular basis to ensure current and accurate reporting of project performance and liaise with Finance / Accounts.

• Monitoring and managing scope changes; maintaining change and variation registers, manage contract change / variation orders.

• Preparation and issuing of monthly client progress / payment claims and monitor accounts receivable.

• Collection, collation and review of timesheets of project team members.

• Tracking costs, and reviewing invoices and payments. 

• Preparation of various weekly and monthly reports. 

• Implement StruMIS (MRP) Software Package and provide training to end users.

• Integrate StruMIS.Net with Voortman Robotic V630 | V808 Beamline Machines

• Integrate StruMIS.Net with MYOB Premier Accounting Software

• Implement Barcode System / Time Management System
