Planning, scheduling and control of turnarounds / shutdowns among which highlights FCC unit 2009, with the execution of more than 1.200.000 manhours in approximately 8000 Activities of maintenance and revamp.

* Plan and propose construction strategies.

* Develop detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 Software.

* Develop databases in order to control construction activities based on received engineering.

* Control construction physical progress by quantifying the amounts of accomplished work for project and plant shutdowns (major maintenance).

* Controlling the cost of construction activities compared to the base line of the approved budget.

* Control / audit the performance of contractors based on the schedule activities and approve or disapprove your payment according to company policies.

* Predicting completion dates and costs through performance analysis (production / productivity).

* Report daily, weekly and monthly performance of the construction project to stakeholders.

* Mechanical Supervisor in emergency shutdown Regenerator D-6103/04 (+ Riser Cone reinforcement with steel plates 304) of the Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit (FCCU).
