My experience :

 

·       Compile and Analyze CPI’s Contractors payment progress  include project cost, schedule, specifications, calculations, manuals, etc.

·       Coordinate and keep track of all permits, licenses and certificate related to projects

·       Responsible to enhance / upgrade system to keep pace with the changing business environment

·       Establish an efficient Document Control system and procedures (based on best practices from other projects) and ensure proper utilization of the system.

·       Develop Centralize filling system

·       Work closely with Client’s representatives and their Contractor related to Engineering, QC and Construction, coordinate the resolution of contractual financial disputes and management of change.

·       Coordinate and keep track of all permits, licenses and certificate related to projects

·       Compile and Analyze CPI’s Contractors payment progress  include project cost, schedule, specifications, calculations, manuals, etc.

·       Temporary assignment as Scheduler

§  Active participate in building new Contractors Invoice Track System and standardize TF Subcontractors Claim.

§  Receiving progress claims and Progress Reports from TF’s Subcontractor and checks its completeness.

§  Analyze and negotiate with contractors to resolve all payment terms, conditions and pricing issues

§  Actively Coordinate communications during the payment process.

§  Monitoring, reporting, analyzing and managing the all project execution progress against time, milestones and invoicing schedule agreed in the customer contract by tracking logbook.

§  Maintenance the filling system of  TF progress payment (for corporate)
