As a Planning Engineer

W     Work included the production of Contract programme to client, target programme to internal team.

W     Formatting, editing and issuing, updating progress, mitigation and correction of contract programme.

W     Issuing, mitigating, recovery and progress mark-ups of construction programmes which delicates the criteria for work progress in the project

W     Issue of KPI’s(Manpower, Productivity, Quantity, Pictorial and Graphical reports) periodically for internal purpose and for Client requirements

W     Analyse key performance indicators (KPI) and identify deviations and potential risks, develop and maintain Earned Value Project control reports and curves.

As a Project Engineer

W     Structural completionof a 14 storey twin linear tower and an 10 storey linear tower in 8 months

W     Involved in starting the initial works for most of the finishing packages viz, Block work, Dry lining, Facades, Cladding, Structural Steel works, Tiling, Joinery works, MEP, External Insulation & Render.

W     Detailed planning and logistics management of all stages of construction including material procurement.

W     Study of drawings & coordinating with various trades of construction.

W     Analysis and optimizationof resource usage by conducting productivity studies.

W     Preparing weekly & daily programme and progress reports.

W     Co-ordination and monitoring the Sub-contractorsfor the progress of work against the programme and creating short range schedules for the completion of their work.
