- Take active role in tender stages of upcoming projects, analyzing the work schedule and technical details from a financial and commercial perspective, creating a budget plan which is dependent to duration and fiction of each single project.

- Analyzing the annual budget study and to determine if it is realistic, complete and cost-effective,

- Recommend on how the budget study could be improved to minimize waste and maximize efficiency,

- Presentation of the results and get approval for the final consolidated budget with appropriate formats,

- Monitoring up-to-date datas, for all the transactions of ongoing projects, emphasize if the cost-coding system is properly applied, the incurred costs are properly inserted to the actual budget so that the possible deviations can be observed,

- Suggest re-adjustments by preparing a detailed report and sorting out the out-of-array elements, the reasons and the updated/revised projections,

- Consolidate the results, accumulate the reports in weekly and monthly periods,

- Audit operational staff, educate briefly and monitor the progress,

- “Bridge the gap” between the commercial depts. and the technical depts.
