Therma Visayas Energy Project – Philippines ($935M – 340MW CFB Coal-fired Power Plant)

• Setup and implemented the corporate Project Management System (PMS); the PMS is the corporate standard operating procedure for business development and project execution of an energy project which provides guidance to the project team utilizing knowledge of project management best practices, strategies, work processes and standard templates.
• Prepared the overall construction schedule of the 340MW Power Facility, 230kV Substation and 37km Transmission Line during construction stage of the Project using Primavera P6 EPPM.
• Managed the cost control of the $935M construction budget in project owner’s role; invoice review, cost forecasting, funding requirements, cost variance and cost performance index reporting.
• Supervised the software implementation of Primavera P6 and Primavera Contracts Management resulting an effective utilization of project management information system by the project team.
