·         Developed cost and resource loaded baseline schedules integrating design, subcontractors and material supply schedules into master construction schedule. Employed Primavera Risk Analysis to conduct risk management.

 

·         Led 2 junior planning engineers to ensure timely and accurate project status reporting for management and client review. Developed detailed periodic reports that ascertain schedule and cost variance explanation and corrective actions required.

 

·         Incorporated contracts changes in the project schedule with detailed explanation and supporting data, and developed recovery plans using scheduling methods such as fast-tracking and crashing.

 

·         Coordinated schedule data with the project team during weekly meetings. Identified and communicated schedule and cost issues to the team.

 

·         Incorporated performance issues/delays into the project schedule and developed Time Impact Analysis (TIA) to claim for Extensions of Time (EoT).

 

·         Monitored long-lead materials in the procurement phase and ensured the materials were ordered, manufactured and shipped according to the approved schedule dates.

 

·         Performed cost accounting tasks such as coding and review of invoices.  Developed the Earned Value report and prepared the monthly payment for the client’s approval.

 

·         Assisted in planning and controlling projects costs and generated regular forecasts and S-curve to ensure EAC was within estimated budget.
