  • Coordinating with HSE section with client rep. for a JHA of work activity.
  • Coordinating the daily signing and revalidation of permit to work (PTW).
  • Supervision of servicing and maintenance of level switches & controllers, cleaning of floaters, etc
  • Supervision of servicing of pressure switches.
  • Supervision of installation of cams, connectors, tubing layout, etc.
  • Supervision of the installation of booster pumps for process water lines.
  • Supervision of the installation of ABB electrical panel and the termination of associated cables in the control room.

  • Supervision of flushing of water/oil drain lines and spading of access valves to commence welding of tie-in point.
  • Supervision of mechanical cleaning of vessel, painting, spool modification on Atmospheric Test Separator (ATM, HP, LP, MP, TEST).

  • Supervision of workshop fabrication and site installation of fabricated spools.
  • Coordinating with the AutoCAD engineers and draftsmen on P&ID’s & Isometric drawings.
  • Development of method statement for technical tender.
  • Preparation of work breakdown schedule (WBS) for planning.
  • Pre-mobilization inspection of contractor’s equipment and machinery for the construction works.
  • Knowledge of DEP’s and BS codes.

  • Supervision of 6” fuel gas line piping and installation for Trans amadi gas turbine unit and tie-in activities.
  • Coordination of welding and fit-up follow-up report for shop fabrication.

  • Coordination and supervision of lifting operation for the positioning and aligning of fuel gas scrubber skid, Air compressor skid, water pump unit(skid), black start unit on cured foundation and fabrication and installation of all interconnecting piping spools.
