Major responsibilities include:

· Preparation of planning and control procedures for project including detail master schedule using Primavera (P3&P6).

· Preparation of work breakdown structure (WBS) for construction activities.

· Ensure that all activities within the project are well planned, coordinated and be able to utilize all available resources.

· Resource loading of quantities and man-hour in schedule.

· Preparation of list of critical items and its close monitoring of critical activities.

· Track progress and Critical Path including preparation of Progress Reporting and Mitigation / Catch –up Plan.

· Monthly budget forecasts & financial monitoring of project using earned value analysis reports.

· Emphasize the risk related issues & coordinate with stakeholders for their action to avoid any possible delays.

· Assess the impact(s) of design/construction changes and schedule slippages. Support Contracts people on Variations (change orders).

· Preparation of delay Claims/EOT applications due to change orders in line with contractual clauses & entitlements.

· Liaise and work with multi disciplinary project personnel in work development and maintenance.

· Prepare and update monthly project reports, verify progress report and attending site meeting.

· Ensure that all works carried out in accordance with approved schedule and requirements.

· Tendering Schedule.
