The Indonesia Copper Smelter & Precious Metal Refinery is US$2.59 Billion capital project with 21,032,512 direct manhours is a green field construction of new smelting and precious metal refinery facility capable of copper cathode production 2.0 million metric tons per year of copper concentrate.

Worked as owner’srepresentative, responsible for providing planning and cost controlanalytical advice, and functional support for engineering and construction management teams in the area of project management during EP FEED phase.

• Develop detail analysis of EP FEED schedule anddetail engineering & procurement schedule.
• Develop owners Level 3 Control schedule & identified critical path & near critical path activities.
• Completed various What If Analysis on Schedule as per the requirement of Project Management Team
• Helping Project Manager to prepare monthly project report by providing progress & performance report.
• Helping Project Manager with provide schedule and cost analytical support during Project Optimization Phase focused on reducing capital cost.
• Worked with EPCM Contractor Planning team (Hatch Toronto, Canada) in developing Precious Metal Refinery detailed Level 3 EPC Schedule and Construction commodities histograms such as Concrete, Piping, Modules Installation, Electrical-Trays, Cable, and Termination etc.
• Participating daily/weekly Planning meetings with Engineering, Procurement & Construction group.
