As a Sub-contractor Planning and Cost Engineer, I was tasked to:

  • Develop coordinated schedule for MEP works in relation to the main contractor’s work schedule using primavera project scheduling software (P3).
  • Assign resources to activities and its corresponding cost.
  • Attend weekly coordination meeting, weekly progress review meeting.
  • Prepares monthly progress billing report.
  • In charge of preparing Project Quotations using (in-house) Oracle Program Language in Estimating solely for plumbing Works.
  • Works under the direct Supervision of Executive Manager in preparing Technical Project Proposal for Plumbing Works.
  • Tasked also to Prepare Red lined Drawing During project Turn Over phase and submit and discussed with clients/proponent the system as it was built.
