NESTE OIL - NExBTL renewable diesel plant Rotterdam
From July 2009 until December 2010 planner manager at the site of Neste Oil Rotterdam with IREM Spa on behalf of Technip Italy.
Main Tasks: preparing the schedule level of detail 4 of the mechanical construction (Piping & Equipment - 11,000 tasks and related resources). Creation of special tools in Access, Excel to load the weekly progress. I also dealt as interface between quality department and planning office concerning to the progress in this project related to the closure of the quality modules.
Meeting with clients, preparing weekly reports and S curves for monitoring the state of the construction.
I was also responsible for preparing the financial status monthly report (SAL) regarding the amount of installations.
The detailed schedule has been interfaced with the electroinstrumental one made by another company. For its creation was used the one by me created for the mechanical schedule
