December, 2013 - During the initial stage of the project, prepare the overall construction schedule plan of the project, plant construction schedule plan and detailed schedule plans of the plant by disciplines according to the contract and the overall project schedule plan.
- Assist Construction Manager to carry out bid invitation for construction subcontractors.
- Prepare three-month rolling plans, issue such plans to construction subcontractors, and review the three-month rolling plans prepared by construction subcontractors.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the developing trend of construction schedule, and in the event of any tendency to deviate from the schedule plan, report to Construction Manager in a timely manner and raise measures for solution and comments on adjustment.
- Review the accomplishment of the project progress earned value of construction subcontractors, make statistics and summary of the project progress earned value by the month, and state the problems in schedule plan execution and measures for problem solution.
- Attend construction coordination meetings on the construction site and check the situation of subcontractors’ execution of construction planning.
- Collect data necessary for final acceptance as specified, and assist Construction Manager in preparing summary reports.
