-              Following the progress of the civil works through daily reports submitted by all parties.

-              Following the progress of all the subcontractors through their daily reports.

-              Preparing the final Daily Report about the project and reporting the Project Manager.

-              Following and preparing the Monthly Report for the project.

-              Preparing a monthly Presentation with a full description about the current project status.

-              Preparing and submitting all the Paper Work required for the project.

-              Reporting the updated civil works progress to the Planning Engineer in order to update the schedule.

-              Quantity surveying for the concrete works.

-              Making comparison between BOQ quantities and actual ones for concrete works.

-              Tracking the executed concrete works to update the executed percentage in accordance with BOQ.

-              Following Concrete Tests at the site, and Concrete Test Results, and then reporting to the Construction Management.
