• Responsible for all operations and project planning for two Floating Production, Storage, Offloading (FPSO) Installations within the UKCS using Primavera Project Planner v3.1. • Responsible for preparation to integrate a third “new build” vessel into operations planning set-up. • Responsible for long term strategic planning for the above vessels. • Responsible for formulation and implementation of a new Integrated Asset Planning process and upgraded planning software (Primavera v5) for all Bluewater Operated Assets by Q1 2008. • Responsible for continual improvement of planning practices within the Company. • Responsible for migration of plans to new Corporate Planning Software – Primavera 5 (P3e). • Responsible for creating, scheduling and executing shutdown and project plans for Bluewater Operated Assets. • Responsible for producing progress reports, progress s-curves and analysing delay risk to schedule and business. • Responsible for overseeing Maintenance Planner and monitoring Maintenance Plans for each vessel. • Was responsible for creation and execution of a major Repair and Opportunistic Maintenance plan for the FPSO Haewene Brim during a month long period in Rosenberg Verft shipyard, Stavanger in September 2006 (in yard for repair to submerged turret production system). • Spent full duration of yard phase acting as planning focal point for ROM scope onboard FPSO Haewene Brim, producing plan updates and progress reports. • Planned two successful Shutdown’s for FPSO Uisge Gorm during 2006 and one during 2007 in conjunction with Shutdown Co-ordinator. • Responsible for maintenance of FPSO Uisge Gorm’s Repair & Lifetime Extension Plan. • Responsible for liaising with Construction and Commissioning teams to create and execute installation and start-up plan for new build FPSO Aoka Mizu from Q4 2007 through to first Oil (circa Q2 2008). • Responsible for guiding, supporting and training the Planning/Logistics Assistants for their role maintaining Asset 90 and 28 day plans.
