·         Scope – Installation of Airport Special Systems (Building Management System, Telecommunication, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Public Address & Access Control Systems in Emiri Royal Terminal, Support Facilities, Commercial Car Park and Public Mosque.

·         Study scope of works/Contracts, select appropriate techniques and sequence of events for the project, in conjunction with Construction and Project Manager.

·         Prepare Master/Integrated schedule with baselines with reference to MEP & Civil schedule.

·         Drawing up plans and presenting schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts, procedure diagrams.

·         Assigning Resources and prepare the Resource plans and display forecast for the Histograms and S-Curves.

·         Monitoring the site activities, update the master schedule and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports and S-Curves/Histograms to Client and Top management.

·         Highlighting Major milestones and mitigate the works for any delays.

·         Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering and Construction departments to ensure the smooth process of project.

·         And submit Extension of time requests.
