Ø  Preparation of budget.

Ø  Preparation and Analysis of Detailed Schedules, Progress and Cash Flow Curves, Delays, Impacts & Claims.

Ø  Advising the management and client on critical issues, potential delays, claims and time impacts.

Ø  Preparation and follow up of Extension of Time & Cost Claims for contracting company.

Ø  As part of Project Management Organization, preparation of Evaluation Report and recommendation for contractor’s Extension of Time & Cost Claims.

Ø  Managing & training a team of planning engineers and handling as the Team Lead.

Ø  Monitoring progress using Earned Value Methods.

Ø  Coordinating with Client, Consultant, Construction Managers and Contractors / Subcontractors.

Ø  Providing inputs to the Procurement Department on a monthly / weekly basis.

Ø  Preparation of Earned Value, Look Ahead, BOQ & Resource Loading, S-Curve, Target Comparison, Recovery Schedules, Impact Schedules, Claims, etc.
