Assignment - Director of Project Controls, AltaLink Management, Calgary, Alberta

Reporting to the VP, PMO, responsible  to manage an integrated client / owner team of ~30 project controls consultants, analysts, and schedulers by providing program management expertise and resource augmentation in support of their $7 billion transmission system capital program, including forecasting, earned value analysis, integration of Primavera P6 and SAP, and monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting to senior management.

           Assignment – PMO Consultant, BC Hydro, Vancouver, British Columbia

Reporting to the Director, PMO, responsible to provide project analyses, cost and schedule support, integration of Primavera P6 and SAP, and monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting to senior management during the implementation of three of BC Hydro’s major capital improvement projects, Construction – $4 billion:
