Assignment – Manager of Construction Services, Worcester, MA

Responsible to provide independent EPC cost estimates to validate the partners, subcontractors, and erectors on pricing. This effort validates the labor productivity, overall on-site requirements to include direct, indirect, and supervision labor, materials, and equipment, as well as escalation, contingency, risk, and profit. Estimates to date value ~$650 million.

Responsible to manage a team of geographically dispersed site Construction Managers, includes both employees and contracted labor, managing daily reports, Requests for Information, Non-Conformance Reports, Shippable Component Lists, etc. Current staff located in 15 sites across the US, Canada, UK, and UAE.

Responsible to develop and update Company construction management Standard Operating Procedures, including Site Safety, Daily Tool-Box Talks, Construction Site Representation, Daily Reporting, and Construction Contracting.
