Job Profile:

·       Update the Upstream Schedule (especially the mechanical packages and Trunk lines for upstream operations of Phase 1 QCLNG project) and then integrate into the overall schedule in a timely fashion to ensure accurate and efficient completion of the monthly progress updates

·       Liaise with Management and staff to obtain dates and milestone achievements.

·       Liaise with buyers, design engineers and suppliers for weekly progress of upstream schedule. Also liaise with multi-discipline engineers and co-planners to establish constraints and issues that could / are effecting progress and ensure all required input is achieved

·       Coordinate Supplier schedules and incorporate in master schedule. Communicate with expeditors and suppliers to get the appropriate dates required for the schedule and if needed check and review contractual agreements.

·       Liaise with team leaders to communicate performance against milestones and other Key Performance Indicators and facilitate accurate forecasting of schedule

·       Prepare reports on progress, trends and variations as requested by client. Support the development of scheduling procedures. Understand and review supplier’s schedules and update the performance into the Upstream Schedule.

·       Monitor and forecast progress of activities (Suppliers and in-house) highlight problems and recommend remedial planning actions.

·       Prepare and monitor progress against a baseline reporting and provide visibility of variations and trends if needed. Understand commercial awareness and how change can impact delivery. Issue approved schedule updates

·       Assist Lead planner to develop Work breakdown Structures and other reporting structure along with preparing schedules for the project phases and ensure the respective milestones are met.

·       Work in an integrated planning and cost environment within the Project to optimize the use of available resources to complete work plan scopes within budget and time constraints

·       Assist project managers in Earned Value Analysis for their respective projects

·       Report progress, trends, variations, efficiency and schedule outcomes

·       Also prepare FEED design and detailed design baseline schedules for APLNG (phase 1) liaising with interdisciplinary team (Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Electrical and Process) to build an Integrated overall schedule for APLNG upstream(Phase 1-Spring gully and Fairview)

July 2009-  Jan2011:   Maintenance Systems Engineer at Queensland Gas Company (QGC)

Job Profile:

·         Plan work orders and following the progress to completed stage. Assigning number and planning proportion of work to work orders for upstream operations. Following the uncompleted Work Orders to complete stage for upstream operations.

·         Assist in establishing the sequence and relationship of a series of actions and requirements prior to maintenance work commencing, along with procuring and providing the parts and resources needed to deliver the work plan.

·         Develop and maintain Inspection Sheets for Plant Assets along with sketches for application by internal and external staff to enhance plant & equipment productivity, life of type and Asset Integrity.

·         Work with the Operations and Maintenance Work Management System design teams to ensure that all required plant maintenance tasks are correctly loaded into the CMMS

·         Assist the Maintenance Manager in the development of maintenance programs and regimes for all field Plant and Equipment

·         Continually improve the CMMS to ensure the contents are accurate. Identify, prepare and deliver CMMS training to ensure a high level of competency across the site .Develop maintenance routines from vendor manuals for all disciplines.

·         Contribute to continuous improvement of CMMS to ensure compliance processes and procedures are adhered to along with populating MMS to maintenance and production personnel.

·         Safety-Responsible for personal safety and safe working practices for personnel working for you and around you. Understand and follow OH&S Procedures.

 

MAR 2007 – June 2009:     Project Planner/ Engineer at John Holland Group (JHG) Pty. Ltd

Job Profile:

·       Work on Primavera P6 for planning different phases of the projects.

·         Oversee and manage all activities for the Planning and scheduling team.

·         Develop Work breakdown Structures and other reporting structure along with preparing schedules for the project phases and ensure the respective milestones are met.

·         Ensure that the standards used on the project are acceptable to the client and that appropriate approvals of calculations, specifications, and/or drawings are obtained.

·         Update project schedule and providing timely reporting with Primavera P6

·         Provide technical support to project Planning and Scheduling engineers.

·         Develop Work Breakdown Structure and other reporting structures by liaising with the Cost Engineer.

·         Work with project manager   to make sure that all resources are available when required using resource planning. Check the progress of the job and ensure that the schedule is being followed;

·         Resolve problems that may hold up progress, such as delays with planning lead time and expected delays; Analyze figures and to produce reports. Managed the planning of all scope activities of assigned projects, and developing the resource and financial requirements from the project plan with help of P6 and MS project
