Lead MEP Project Planner
Have been involved in building data centres from concept to soft hand over on 60mega watts
Projects in slough, London:
 Assist project planner in updating the MEP section of the programme based on the latest design (post tender
design) information
 Discuss and help project planner in setting up regular reporting, production reports, KPIs to allow the site
team to understand the project position in relation to current progress
 Setup and discuss the multiple critical/logical paths of the project to make the delivery team aware of the
areas/activities in concern aside from the main critical path
 Review logics within the MEP activities and interfaces with the build activities based on the current
methodology of delivering the project, advice a more effective sequence as necessary
 Influence the site team with the most practical, realistic and effective sequence of the install base on the
current progress status
 Take responsibility in developing the MEP completion programme and assist them in delivering it to the
agreed completion date
 Organize & attend meeting with Main stake holders to negotiate optimum solution for project build
 Status and Performance Advisor (Controlling Phase of Project Life Cycle):
 Provide clear communication of early warnings to project management teams obtained from interpretation of
data presented in progress reports and knowledge of project field conditions
 Advise project teams on ways to improve performance
 General Look for new opportunities to improve service to “Internal Customers”
