Kellogg Brown&Root.

While working with KBR has provided following deliverables and successfully achieved purposed milestones:

 

Developed and maintained Manpower Resource Planning with tie-in to the job capsules of Corporate Project Controls staff using existing Primavera software with further integration within KBR departments that helped to avoid of purchasing and maintenance similar software/Sap database which results in saving company 1£ million.

 

Analysis of projects trends and developing Project Benchmarking Register with Project Benchmarking Procedure. CTR updating.

Collecting ongoing company projects progress data for the further integration in the overall corporate projects execution schedule updated on a monthly basis and reported to the Corporate Project Controls Manager and Director of Operations.

 

As a corporate Lead Planner supervised group of 12 planners. Providing in-house trainings on Project Management using Primavera 6.0 for corporate planners and project controls managers

 

Besides corporate planning role provided full planning support and expertise in Project Risk Analysis for the following Projects:

 

  • Gorgon - FEED, Pre-FEED & Re-FEED

FEED – Chevron Texaco – LNG Facility – Australia

Gorgon FEED, pre-FEED and Re-FEED to 15 MTPA for the Grass roots LNG Plant will be located on Barrow Island. This is in addition to the current 5 MPTA and this project team will be designing the facility to meet either 6.3 MTPA (re-FEED) or 7.5 MTPA (new FEED).

Completion of FEED Schedule and issuing to the Client. Developing of Level 3 EPC overall project schedule and WBS and OPF coding. Supervising project planning team of 6 planners.

 

  • North Rankin Redevelopment (NR2)

FEED, E, P, CM – Woodside – Platform: PUQ (Process-Utilities-Quarters) – Australia, Australian Water

North Rankin 2 is a new gas compression platform, bridge linked to the existing North Rankin A platform. Situated in a  water depth of over 120m, on the North West Shelf of Australia, the platform has a compression capacity of 1,500 mmscfd. The 17,000 te topside is a floatover design. The project is being executed by the Eos joint venture.

Updating & Issuing Jacket & Topside Schedules on a weekly basis. Production of S-Curves & Manpower Histograms for the weekly planning meeting. Supervising of Material Management schedule. Analysis of deviations between progress schedule and the baseline. Project commissioning activities and progress meetings. Supervising project planning team of 4 planners.
