May, 1985 - Responsible for planning, organizing and controlling operations of the projects.
- Review Programmed of the Contractor using Primavera P3.1, P6 ver. 7 and do recommendations to the Client.
- Preparation and development of project planning & control procedures and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Responsible for Planning Report and submitted to the Client for information and recommendation.
- Development, updating and controlling the progress measurement system of the project.
- Monitor job progress based on the approved schedule submitted by the contractor and highlight the slippage to the Project Manager.
- Propose corrective measures and actions of the project progress.
- Attend Coordination and Progress Meeting with Client and Contractors.
- Reply and prepare correspondence regarding Planning and contractual issues of the project.
- Assess resource requirement and produce integrated mobilization demobilization plan.
- Periodic Schedule Update, CPM Analysis and reporting to Project Management Team.
- Review Critical Path of the Programmed and analyze for recommendation for any claim for time of extension.
- Prepare and monitor the overall integrated Level-IV Plans using the Primavera Project Planner P6.2 or higher.
- Regular monitor of the programmed to recognize delay of any activity and maintain records of every activity that has been delayed.
- Liaise, consult and coordinate with all supervisors & managers to incorporate relevant information that will affect the implementation of the project schedule.
