- Responsible for the planning/scheduling, updating/monitoring and performing earned value analysis of all projects’ work schedules. Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports and billings for all projects i.e. water distribution system, wastewater treatment system, sewer system, migrant operations facility, rehabilitation of various berthing and other facilities in the US Naval Station using Primavera softwares ( P3 v.3.1 and SureTrak v.3.01b).

- Responsible for the implementation of the construction’s quality management system, and safety plans & programs. Preparation and monitoring of work schedules using Primavera P3. Supervised & monitored all site-related activities by giving sound decisions or solutions to conflicts and various problems that arise during the course of the construction. Revision of construction and as-built plans by AutoCAD. Performed compliance audit on the contractor’s work to ensure quality and timely completion of the project within the approved construction methodology.
