  • Establishes initial project budgets and prepares subsequent budget updates for all design and/or construction activities based on an estimate of the selected design alternatives.

  • lan, monitor and control the development of the project cost reporting requirements including; development of WBS, recasting of the estimate to form the baseline control budget, management of committed, incurred invoiced, forecast to go and forecast cost at completion, reporting of variance there from and generation of cash flows
  • Management of scope change, change to forecast cost via trends and approved changes, impact on schedule and adjustment to contingency.
  • Collaborates with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and clients to review preliminary cost estimate and select appropriate design alternative.
  • Create, Manage and Control the Project level and Schedule
  • Create and Maintain the FWBS and WBS and Resource Structure
  • Implement and maintain Control level scheduling, and Resource levelling and Man Hours driven
  • Create relative S-Curves and graphs demonstrating achieved quantities and man-hours for the project.
  • Analyses estimated quantities, man-hours, and cost data for all segments of work in support of project plan development and performance measurement system.
