Scope of work:

Construction of a 350 kton/a Polyethylene plant in Stenungsund (Sweden). The Plant is an expansion of the existing operative plant. The scope includes ISBL and OSBL works, including silos and revamping of packaging stations, process control systems, raw materials, utility and connections at tie-in points. Client: BOREALIS, Country: Sweden

Activities:

• Developing and updating the detailed Project activity programs, highlighting critical area and delays
• Perform analysis and preliminary evaluations of the Project impacts in cooperation with the STM and CSM
• Verification of the work progress feasibility compared to the actual availability at Site of technical documentation and materials
• Preparing a C3 calculation model as a method for the physical progress measurement for each Subcontractor and monitoring the performance in terms of efficiency and progress achieved
• Drafting and reviewing a detailed construction schedule in accordance with the Project Level 3 Schedule
• Assessing the impact on work progress of Project changes and quantities changes
• Supervise the preparation of the Construction Monthly and Weekly Progress reports.
