As planner, I involved in team work to construct the gold mining facilities in Manado, Indonesia. As main contractor we have to manage all tasks which under sub by or by self, Mc Connell Dowell. Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and Instrument are disciplines have to be undertake by team.

Much contingencies and variations bring to good plan is definitely required. Resources assignments and tools allocation for each task drive to progress achievement of this project. Planning, managing, controlling and calculation daily by daily are required to achieve the target. Hard but I really enjoy and like to this challenge.
