  • Set up project WBS, project weighting system and progress measurement system, level 3-4 master schedules baseline, Manpower Histogram and progress curves for progress report and reviews.
  • Weekly update each discipline’s progress S-curves and regular reports preparation and issue to Client. Gap analysis based on updated schedule.
  • Analyze deviations from the baseline in the Project Master Schedule, work with CPECC construction manager to push NDT work speed up, finally the completion date achieved the target. Highlighting bottlenecks/delays and propose corrective actions.
  • Set up resourcing plans for the overall and individual project phases, track and monitor master schedule.
  • Review and verify level-4 detail progress weekly report which submitted by sub-contractor
  • Cost analyze and cost report;

  • Set up project WBS, project weight system and progress measurement system, Set up level 4 master schedules baseline, Manpower Histogram and progress curves for progress report and reviews.
  • Monitors and updates the schedule at regular intervals, performs critical path analysis.
  • Set up resourcing plans for the overall and individual project phases, track and monitor master schedule.
  • Work with Shell Asia planning manager make out the milestone for each phase of the construction, and the final completion date;

CNPC Xinjiang Taklimakan No.1 Condensate Field EPCC

 

Be responsible for Project Deputy Manager/Control Manager

 

  • Built up WBS breakdown procedure, progress measurement procedure, built up schedule report and data statistics procedure, coding management procedure.
  • Set up project WBS, project weighting system and progress measurement system, Set up level 4 master schedules baseline, Manpower Histogram and progress curves for progress report and reviews.
  • Taken part in construction organization design preparation. Mobilized manpower and equipment into site, prepared construction material and tools to start the pipeline welding job, percent of pass for the first one hundred welding joints which achieved 98%.
  • Worked with head engineer and QA/QC engineer, make sure the project implements strictly according to the design scheme.
  • Host weekly project progress meeting. Host daily construction sub-contractor meeting. Host site engineering and QA/QC special meetings. Participated with Client monthly progress analysis meeting in Urumqi, make the presentation and reports.
  • Coordinate with disciplines to prepare CRN (Change Request Notification)
  • Manage the construction sub-contractors and equipment sub-contractors, coordinated the relationship with engineering department, procurement department and transportation department, also work with project supervision.
  • Review and monitor project cost control report. Cost budget control based on above MPP and any change during project. Support document control to maintain the DMS system.;

  • Set up project WBS, project weighting system and progress measurement system, Set up level 1-4 master schedules baseline, Manpower Histogram and progress curves for progress report and reviews.
  • Built up project weekly, monthly report and production value, Tracked and coordinated with design progress, participated in the engineering weekly meeting, promoted and solved design problems with PMC together. Feedback the emergency site drawing problem.
  • Tracked on material procurement, established and updated procurement running table, which including purchase plan issued, bidding, ordering, manufacturing, packaging, transportation, customs clearance for all stated. Advance analysis of problems that may occur, promptly corrected. Timely feedback on-site construction of urgently needed supplies, according to the construction site arrangements, reasonable adjusted the procurement plan;

Be responsible for Interpreter, Administrator, DC, QA/QC Assistant, Planner

 

  • Assist in the preparation of project WBS structure. Develop level-3 and level-4 construction schedule; Three monthly rolling plan, monthly, weekly work plans.
  • Responsible for the preparation and translation work for the project daily, weekly, monthly report, to prepare various types of project reports presentation; tracking the implementation of the work; issued a progress payment invoices and followed the project progress payments; Built up the project production value statements.
  • Responsible for the professional translation project technical documents, letters and minutes. To be the interpreters in all the meetings.
  • Assisted with 25 Km pipeline optimization reconnaissance and measurements, also the 11Kv overhead electric lines optimization reconnaissance and measurements.
  • To be the site manager to management the administration department, arranged the dinner and accommodation, assigned the construction vehicles, organized the conferences and recorded the minutes.
  • Taken part in the NDT work, established the welding joints history sheet. Attended the RFI and ITB work for electrical and instrumentation, involved in programming and commission field work.
  • Work with document control to maintain the DMS system. Support project control manager to prepare regular reports.
  • Work with engineering team to maintain the manpower plan;
