Assistant Project Manager - Planning

- Obtaining schedules from all vendors and contractors with dependencies.<?xml:namespace prefix = o />- Preparing an integrated master schedule with milestones and coordinate with all vendors to achieve milestones. - Monitoring all items (Engineering, Procurement and construction) as per schedule and reporting lagging activities and slipping schedules through weekly review meeting / weekly progress reports to all vendors / consultants and to client.- Reviewing the deployment of resources for the works and monitoring the resources deployed versus required (histograms).- Keeping a track of drawings/action items received against the required and follow up through mails / Review meetings with all consultants to facilitate and meet with the requirements- Advising, supporting, and coordinating to the General Manager and site team for the accomplishment of the goals/activities within the set time schedule.
