For the Hinkley Point C project, focused on the Balance of Nuclear Island and Piping Execution design for EDF in the United Kingdom, I re-established a resource-leveled baseline schedule encompassing 6,000 activities on Primavera P6. I conducted weekly updates of the P6 schedule and provided realistic forecasts for project end dates. My role involved creating, adjusting, and evaluating resource loading and leveling, as well as developing a level 4 schedule and reporting progress information and key dates to the PMO team.

I also developed what-if scenario schedules to accommodate potential changes in project assumptions. To enhance project monitoring, I prepared project progress curves based on schedule, resource data, and KPI measurement tools. I was instrumental in developing new reporting tools and improving existing ones, utilizing various visualization techniques, including S-curves, pie charts, and waterfall charts, to facilitate data comprehension.

In addition, I consolidated execution design progress data and maintained a seamless interface with the fabrication scope. I continuously identified and quantified opportunities for optimizing the schedule and coordinated closely with production teams to define the weekly workload schedule. My responsibilities also included leading and participating in various internal and external meetings, such as progress presentations to internal management, control tower meetings with the client, and coordination meetings with production teams. My efforts contributed to achieving the 2023 target set by the client, which involved producing 82 km of pipe plans.
