Construction of Agosta 90-B Type Submarines ( Pakistan and French Navy joint venture)
Convert the work package to execution package (Work Order) by reading Ready for Construction Drawings, Quality documents, Inspection test plans. Produce schedules for fabrication works, allocate resources, reserve material, Sub work orders, shipment Docs and book any third party team. Record progress by using S-Curve and raise flag on low efficiency.
- Thorough study of work package to determine the actual scope of work.
- Converts the work package to execution package (Work Order).
- Execution package(Work Order) includes; Material, Man/Hrs, Manufacturing sketches & activity sequence, L-4 schedule, QA/QC Documents, Sub work orders & shipment Docs.
- Risk Management
- Close monitoring of the whole project at the shop floor to update the schedule.
- Submission of weekly/monthly up-dated reports to immediate supervisor.
- Preparation of Project closeout report & recovery plans.(If required)
