Experienced in completing Tender and Construction Programmes for buildings such as Units Blocks, Shopping Centres, Schools, University's, High Rise towers, Commercial, Industrial Warehouses and the like. Predominately use Microsoft Project 2007 but skilled in using Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject to a lesser extent.
Frequently complete on-site status and resulting reporting showing delays, EOT's, variations, forecast completion's etc and can describe such for Project Managers and upper management.
Frequently review and provide comments / feedback on programmes completed by others.
Have done some minor delay analysis work.
