Worked as Site Engineer - Trainee with Techno Engineering Service Pvt. Ltd on WOPP - White Oil Pipeline Project.

This was a mega project related to Oil & Gas field with a 32” dia pipeline from Port Qasim Karachi to Mehmood Kot (856Km). This was a consortium of China Petroleum Engineering & Construction (Group) Corporation (CPECC). This project involved construction of two pumping and terminal stations and three pumping stations. All stations had 132KVA power grid, corrosion inhibitor package, four HSD storage tanks with inner dia of 55m, Fire water storage tanks, control room for PLC panels, Construction of signaling tower for BTS etc. Responsibilities included:

• Handling and maintain constructional and QA/QC progress data related to civil, mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation and telecommunications.
• Responsible for preparation of QA/QC dossier as per standards of ISO 9001 – 2000.
• Preparation for Internal & External QA/QC Audits as per ISO 9001.
• Preparation of Final Package & Dossier about the PLC Panels, Communication link and Tower for submission to Client/Owner.
• Managing the mobilization of man power and equipment at PARCO Bin Qasim Job site according to company’s rules and also demobilization at the completion of the project.
• Maintaining all the tasks for employees working at job site using MS Project / Primavera.
• Preparing monthly progress report and planning tasks for employees working at Job site.
• Assisting Senior Project Coordinator in planning, construction, handing over and commissioning phase.
