Senior Planner /Project Controls – Morgan Sindall PLC (UK) 2011- Present As a senior planner I am responsible for: o Developing & producing fully logic linked & integrated tender programme comprising the design, procurement, Construction & commission compliant with tender sum, design & methodology. o In conjunction with the commercial/project controls team, producing earned value analysis data in compliance with the client & Morgan Sindall requirements. o Formally issuing programme updates to the customer as required by the contract, establishing KPI’s and their tracking. o Providing detailed support & assistance to the project in order to enable the team to monitor the critical path & test & change logic where previously agreed to either improve upon the baseline programme or to mitigate potential delays. o Producing reports & programme commentary to customers. o Producing weekly updated programmes, progress reports & revised forecasts. o Using Change Control where necessary to resolve a potential delay & re-sequencing to bring in the end date to assure completion on time. o Liaising & retrieving subcontractor information highlighting key information and inputting into programme o Challenging Contractors programmes through strategic planning. o Implementing earned value & cost management Developing robust programmes /plans in conjunction with the Project Manager. Conttricbuting to project control deliverables on a monthly basis
