·            Establish a project environment for various work streams within the Programme and act as the information hub for all stakeholders.

·            Manage corporate initiated as well as team initiated projects

·            Scope, source and engage with Business Improvement & Technology (BI&T), Procurement and stakeholders for implementation of projects, ensuring business readiness

·            Develop bespoke e-learning – Determination of suitable courses for e-learning deployment, sourcing of appropriate supplier for the production of bespoke courses, liaising with stakeholders, subject matter experts and suppliers to ensure delivery of course.

·            E-Learning Centres – Act as point of contact between Facilities (BI&T) and client to achieve the creation of e-learning centres across the EDF Energy footprint.

·            Represent Networks Business Unit as a whole by working closely with business unit communications team & Training Managers.

·            Support planned business change activities for the business unit, helping to increase the acceptance of the new system by all users.

·            Approver of business readiness status against predetermined criteria for business unit (Networks) and process implementation.

·            Contribute to business unit communications plan and assessment of local requirements.

·            Identification and induction and training of suitable resources as business unit change champions

·            Ensure that accurate progress and project information is prepared and available so that decisions can be made by business personnel.

·            Develop and maintain detailed project plans

·            Ensuring delivery against defined outcomes taking into account any business transition issues.

·            Liaise with all relevant teams and stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach and involvement to new business requirements.  Maintain good communication between Project (Client) and supplier.

·            Establish and maintain risk logs, tracking mitigation activities and highlighting any emerging issues to the business lead(s).

Bring in additional support/expertise if required and define and manage their performance as necessary.
