·     Heading the Contracts Department responsible for the preparation, negotiation, management and administration of company contracts;

·     Facilitates effective implementation of contract responsibilities within program objectives and requirements;

·     Managing the complete procurement and tendering processes, including preparation and issuance of RFPs, communications with bidders, managing RFI’s, tender queries, submission of bids, bid evaluation, recommendation, contract negotiation and contract award;

·     Post contract administration functions, including contractual correspondence, administration and reporting of contract amendments, changes, review analyze and negotiation of claims, and administration of closeout;
