• Provided all company resource and financial information for the successful contract negotiations of a new 4 year £1.7bn contract. (8000 staff and subcontractors)
• Prepared and reviewed directorate budgets for the new program submission (Technical, Support and Capital programmes).
• Developed a ‘data capture tool’ to collate all company information for the new programme of works. (SQL database). This included all manpower, materials and capital requirements. (over 300,00 line entries)
• Represented the Company and provided all information during the clients’ financial audits and reviews.
• Prepared and coordinated all presentation material for high-level MOD & Treasury visits. Utilising a GIS mapping system and graphics.
• Supported the client in their program submission to the ‘Investment Appraisal Board’. Successfully validating the new programme requirements and cost profiles.

Operations

• Prepared ‘Directorate’ annual budgets with milestones ensuring line of sight to the clients requirements (£300m pa budget).
• Company budget monitoring, progress reporting, process mapping & business procedure development.
• Programme Controls work stream leader for new company Oracle/P3e system (£30M)
• Central coordination and control of 9 directorate financial and programme planning teams.
• Successfully managed a Capital Investment in year budget of £60m, reporting to the client on its requirements and delivery.
