Role: Planning Engineer

• Micro planning and monitoring of the progress based on the latest schedule
• Preparation of reports (daily, weekly and monthly) and forecast updates for Monthly reports to submit to the Client and Consultant
• Coordination with Specialized agencies for dry finishes (GRP lining, Painting, False ceiling) for execution of works at site

Achievements

• GRP Lining works for Fire water tank of 200 cu. m. capacity and Ceiling, Wall and Floor painting works for SS6 substation (3500 sq m) completed ahead of schedule by 12 days
• Working in coordination with Electrical erection team for installation of 80 MVA Transformer, 132KV GIS and 22KV GIS in SS6 substation.

Role: Planning Coordinator 

Planning coordinator for one of the package (Novelia Village – 78 villas)

• Micro planning of activities based on project baseline schedule and close Monitoring of works at site against the detailed program of works.
• Estimating, monitoring and analysis of resource and preparation of resource productivity reports
• Certifying sub-contractor bills and coordination with Planning department and architectural department for distribution of latest drawings and information on the project

Achievements

• Planned for and monitored a job valued at AED 150 Mn.
• Preparation of substantiation of an EOT claim for 240 days for Novelia village.
• Close co-ordination with Dubai Municipality officials for 230 nos. structural inspections.
