Develops and monitors short term (14 weeks) preliminary construction schedules.Determines critical-path activities, reviews schedule data, methods for activity durations, time extension and constraints to establish logical work sequences for assigned discipline or specialties. Monitors schedule deviation for assigned disciplines or specialties including subcontractor submittals, and recommends corrective action/workaround solutions for project considerations. Prepares, develops, & updates Contractors Construction Schedule (P6.7 & P3), Bi-weekly &
Executive Report, estimates, costs analysis, annual budget (expenditure), reports the activities that
have potential/critical impact on the schedule & critical item action report, and reviewing contract
documents.
-As part of the Project team, I brief the Area Construction Manager and other team members to
analyze and report on the progress/cost status of the works.
-Participates in forecast & revising annual budget, preparation of costs studies utilizing historical
data, statistical analysis and cost & quantity comparison which align in cash flows for Earned
Value purposes.
-Interface and coordinates with contract administration, engineering and construction on contract
issues, trends update & implementation, and status of changes.
-Cooperates with Projects in all matters relating to health and safety, including following safe
working procedures at all times.
