Develops and monitors short term (14 weeks) preliminary construction schedules.
-Determines critical-path activities, reviews schedule data, methods for activity durations, time
extension and constraints to establish logical work sequences for assigned discipline or specialties.
-Monitors schedule deviation for assigned disciplines or specialties including subcontractor
submittals, and recommends corrective action/workaround solutions for project considerations.
-Prepares, develops, & updates Contractors Construction Schedule (P6.7 & P3), Bi-weekly &
Executive Report, estimates, costs analysis, annual budget (expenditure), reports the activities that
have potential/critical impact on the schedule & critical item action report, and reviewing contract
documents.
-As part of the Project team, I brief the Area Construction Manager and other team members to
analyze and report on the progress/cost status of the works.
-Participates in forecast & revising annual budget, preparation of costs studies utilizing historical
data, statistical analysis and cost & quantity comparison which align in cash flows for Earned
Value purposes.
-Interface and coordinates with contract administration, engineering and construction on contract
issues, trends update & implementation, and status of changes.
-Cooperates with Projects in all matters relating to health and safety, including following safe
working procedures at all times.
