September, 1992 Management trainee -During the Training period, was introduced to FACT’s three manufacturing divisions, the Engineering and Consultancy division (FEDO), the Engineering works division (FEW) and the Marketing division. Also attended many management programmes organised by FACT’s Management Development Centre in Transactional Analysis, Group Dynamics, Public speaking etc.
(FACT, the pioneers in fertiliser industry in India. FACT later diversified in to the field of Petrochemicals also with the commissioning of 50,000 TPA CAPROLACTAM plant.)
