Responsible for development, updating and analysis of various schedules for the Design, procurement and construction as part of the retrofit and expansion of an existing Municipal waste to energy facility for the City of Harrisburg ($110 million). Also responsible for Cost Control and estimating as well as part time Contract Administration. This includes schedules, various Cost reports, Detailed Budget Estimates and development of specifications. Also responsible for the development and implementation of a standard work breakdown structure, resource loading, tracking of actual resources against the plan along with earned value reports. Responsible for monthly progress reports and action item reports.
