Project Control Team Lead, Fluor, Expansion to Gas/Refinery/Petrochem project. Including installation of SAS Reactor, Major new piping, Vessels and Steelwork

To lead the development of detailed overall Project Plans and review and evaluate the contract execution plans developed by the individual Contractors; Lead  preparation of work plans and schedules; to integrate the schedules for different segments of the Project to develop an overall logical and comprehensive plan; Preparation of bar charts, precedence networks, planning S-curves and other project planning/management controls;

Review and evaluate Contractor prepared bar charts, precedence networks and S-curves to determine overall logic and the interface with the other Project activities; to ensure full compatibility with other projects within the Integrated Project Development. Agree critical paths and analysis.  Review Contractor monthly progress reports to ascertain true progress and provide early warning of trends to Project Management; Interfacing with major contractors and vendors to optimize their project planning and control procedures and to establish procedures for information flow from them to projects (i.e. status reports, schedule updates, etc). Co-ordinate with the Project Accountant the Project Teams’ inputs for the Corporate Budget Planning cycle; Prepare monthly Project Progress Reports for Senior Management.

Communicating and implementing the Project Management System (PMS) and supporting processes. In interface with Project teams, Asset/Area Engineering teams, and major contractors, ensure that established processes and procedures for obtaining Engineering/Project Planning inputs and services are implemented in the project deliveries.
