·       Provided a detailed Schedule and Risk Analysis, including final report, on behalf of Wood Group PSN for the Woodside KGP KLE Integrated Marine Campaign. The schedule is critical in order to interface maintenance works with the ongoing daily business activities. Scope included the Material Loading Arms, Fenders, Rope Rails, Gangways, Ladders and Boat Landing for Berths 1 & 3).

 

Developed the fully resourced Level 4 Schedule for the KLE Jetty Refurbishment Project, with focus on Subcontractor Workpacks.  Carried out the subsequent Risk Analysis and Report for the client.

·      Engaged as a specialist forensic consultant to analyse schedules, investigate and carry out forensic analysis, delay, disruption, causation and risk analysis on Subcontractor Claims, on behalf of Bechtel (& Chevron) for the Wheatstone Project LNG Plant. Worked closely with the Bechtel legal team to determine Subcontractors’ entitlement to EoT, concurrency and financial claims. Investigated alternatives for project recovery and acceleration programs. Investigated and determined Subcontractors’ compliance with contractual requirements. Provided reports and alternatives to the Bechtel legal team in both Perth and Houston.
