- Taking appointment to the clients for the new project’s inquiries
- Preparing quotation for new projects and estimating bill of quantity (BoQ) includes cost of materials, labor, equipment and overhead cost
- Daily supervising and monitoring the status of the site
- Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly report to the Project Manager (i.e. progress of every activity, summary progress percentage, man-hours report, cost report, etc.)
- Quantity survey and estimating of new change orders
