My Key duties include implementing a physical progress/monitoring system develop by me and using Oracle Primavera 6.1 to develop a baseline schedule, recovery schedule,  and maintained forecast schedules from baseline. The role also include attending daily supervisors progress meeting, weekly construction meeting, managing the activities of the planning department including the logistic clarks for local and expatriate movement, reporting clerks, Data Clarks, T&Q clerks, overseeing contractors planners, monitoring contractors’ progress, controlling, preparing 2 weeks look ahead, 6 weeks look ahead, 2 month look ahead, prepares daily progress reports, weekly and monthly progress reports. Chevron Olero Creek North Water Station Restoration Project (Mobile Concrete Barge Mounted Facility)

The Saipem Nig Ltd/Nigeria Westminster Dredging and Marine scope includes reinstatement of the NFS, reinstatement of the NWS and reinstatement of the ICP, addition of power generation (Turbines generators) and utilities on the NWS, and disconnecting of the BRFS. The activities include demolition completion, construction completion, tie-in, testing and commissioning. In general, Work shall include, but is not limited to refurbishment of existing equipment and installation of new equipment on the NWS barge located at Contractor Quayside or Olero Creek site.

I prepared pre-qualification Bid, Technical/Tenders Proposal, and make engineering sales presentation to client. 90000 bpd Ovhor Concrete Barge Mounted Flowstation SPDC West, Nigeria

The facility have two trains of 45,000BPD each, Unman and perform primary operation of Oil crude separation. The scope includes procurement, detailed engineering; process, instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, structural. After construction and installation ABNL maintained and trained SPDC staff on this facility for 2yrs. The projects includes provision of spare parts support during facility maintenance contract, procurement and PLC programming during construction, DCS configuration/installation with commissioning. SAFEOPS and HAZOPS were performed as part of the project with full participation of SPDC and ABNL Engineering personnel.

45000 bpd Ogbotobo Concrete Barge Mounted Flowstation SPDC West, Nigeria.

Ogbotobo flowstation is a 45,000BPD facility that has two 22,500 BPD trains, which performed primary separation, storage and shipping. It had quarters, a helideck, (4) 800KW generators, portable water system, instrument air system, a DCS/PLC based safety system. The scope includes procurement, detailed engineering; process, instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, structural. After construction, fabrication and installation ABNL maintained and trained SPDC staff on this facility for 2yrs. Also in the scope is design/drafting, PLC programming, DCS configuration, service parts procurement and commissioning. SAFEOPS and HAZOPS were performed as part of the project with full participation of SPDC, ABNL and Audubon Engineering personnel.

POOC 130 mmsfcd Ovade/Ogharefe Gas Utilization Project - Lemna Energy Resources/Pan Ocean Oil Corporation, Nigeria

Detailed Engineering Design and project management support services for POOC 130 mmsfcd Ovade – Ogharefe Gas Utilization Project. Duties includes data gathering, design Engineering, project scheduling & control and implement strategies that ensure that the client aim and goals are met. The planning, scheduling, control and implementation was done using Premavera 3.1 and Sure Trak Project manager.

An EPIC contract for the provision of a 0.25 MMSCFD capacity fuel gas treatment and conditioning system for the operation of remotely located multiphase booster pump gas engine driver and gas engine driven power generators..
