Assist the company's decision-making level in developing a multi-project control management structure. Establish and improve the company's EPS; review the multi-project milestone schedule according to the project contract provisions and the company's overall interests; participate in the multi-project management decision; the schedule interface provides information support.
Review the WBS. Review the work breakdown structure (WBS) according to the project contract requirements; review and issue the “Detailed schedule preparation requirements”, and urge the projects to complete the planning work.
Examine the execution of each project plan. Supervise the implementation of each project's schedule and report to the superior. There are problems in the process of summarizing and reviewing the progress schedule, and reporting to the superior in a timely manner.
Conduct schedule analysis and provide schedule analysis reports. Regularly review the schedules provided by each project; analyze the implementation of each project contract according to the reports provided by each project, and review the analysis report.
Supervise the implementation of each project schedule. Review the implementation schedule of each project and its resource allocation; report the implementation of each project's implementation schedule and its resource configuration to the superior.
The schedule controls the management work. Supervise the statistics of the actual progress of the project on the completion of the project (S-curve); supervise the weekly and monthly reports of each project and department, preside over the preparation of the company's monthly project report;
