Medupi Project (Demonstration of entitlement in the Hitachi claim)

 

  • Investigate delay impacts caused by engineering changes by the client.
  • Determine the schedule impacts of each delay.
  • Demonstrate Genrec’s entitlement in terms of time and time related costs arising from each delay instance over a 24 month period prior to my employment.
